A Couple Questions
How many times have you tried
to complete your ever-growing to-do list
only to end up feeling exhausted,
defeated, or guilty…
or maybe even all three?!
Pssst!
A list is not
a plan;
it is merely a
tool used to build a plan.
Wouldn’t you rather have a PLAN…
a realistic plan that you can truly follow?
Destination: Done
Hello!
I’m Michelle - Life Planning Coach.
I’ll be your travel buddy as you journey from
Overwhelming, Never Done To-do Lists
to your Destination: Done!
I’ll teach you the 4 basic steps of trading impossible to-do lists
for possible plans.
Together, we will detour around the most common roadblocks (and perhaps some uncommon ones),
until we arrive at Done!
My job is to ensure both the vehicle (plan)
and the driver (you)
are running at top performance!
My Bright Idea
With a natural talent for organizing and planning,
I had always been able to keep my busy life as a SAHM of five running smoothly.
Until I couldn’t!
After a very dark, difficult few years, culminating in emotional collapse,
I knew I had to get myself together! But every time I made a list of what needed to be done,
I was paralyzed with anxiety, self-doubt, and indecision.
Listen, I know how it feels to go to bed every night disappointed in yourself
and overwhelmed for the day ahead. I know how it feels to be keeping it
together on the outside (or not)
and be kicking yourself on the inside because
YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO, YOU’RE JUST NOT DOING IT.
During one middle-of-the-night-freak-out, I had an epiphany of sorts:
What if I PLANNED my next day instead of just making a to-do list?
So I did...and the next day I got everything done I had planned!
WHAT IF?...
Then that next night, I had another bright idea:
What if I planned my NEXT 90 DAYS?
And so I sat up most of the night and did just that.
90 days later, I had a business generating enough cash flow
to keep me and my two teenagers afloat,
we had our own place, I was divorced, I had a therapist and a coach,
and I adopted a dog (sometimes you get MORE than you plan for)!
I realized very quickly that there was a HUGE difference
between a To-do List and a PLAN!
Now I combine my planning expertise with my training as a life coach
to help my clients leave behind overwhelming, undone to-do lists.
And whatever the goal…the project, event, or schedule…
we consistently arrive at our Destination: Done!
You Ready to Go?
Great!
I’m ready to travel with you, past roadblocks like
procrastination, fear of failure,
and just plain ol’ having too much on your plate!
Destination: Done! is a system of planning that
takes you toward
confidence, action, and accomplishment.
Listen, ending every day frustrated, disappointed,
and feeling guily is NO FUN.
How about we have some FUN
and get it DONE?!

“I have been meeting with Michelle for about 2 months now and she is FANTASTIC! She’s helped me think intuitively about biases/barriers I’ve created for myself and has gotten me to cut right to my problems. She has helped me see my own potential by talking me through the best strategies and processes tailored to create fixes for me.”
Paul L.
“Michelle has the tools and know-how to get an individual to step out of their safe zone and start getting real with themselves and life's goals.”
Lise M.
“I have gotten more from working with Michelle these last few months than I have from years of reading self help books and undergoing counseling/ therapy. She has a way of coming in and showing you the bigger picture, telling you not always what you want to hear, but what you need to hear. Whatever excuses I made for myself were quickly done away with and replaced with accountability and empowerment. I recommend Michelle to anyone who is willing to put in the work for a life they’d be proud of living. Thanks Michelle!”

“Michelle is a real cheerleader - she has just the right words to say at all the right moments - whether it is for business consulting, relationships, or personal moments, she honestly knows how to "put on her coaching hat" and tell it like it is in a kind and calm manner like no one else I have ever met (and I have been to plenty of therapists!) She knows how to set you on the right path and guide you along - well worth the time, effort and money.”
Lew B.
“Michelle earned my respect quickly and now plays a notable supporting role in my personal breakthroughs and business achievements. The strategies and techniques she has taught me during our coaching sessions have spurred real and positive change in a surprisingly short period of time. The results are a better workplace, better relationships and a better self.”

“I often have a difficult time receiving any guidance, especially when I feel shame. [Michelle] broke these barriers with consistency and patience...She is a dedicated coach, and I have so much gratitude for all of the truth & tools I carry with me since our time together.”
